My name is Charles Stansfield. I am a motoring lawyer.

I have been a solicitor appearing in courts all over the country for over 35 years.

I have prosecuted, defended and sat as a District Judge.

I am a panel solicitor for the Road Haulage Association and a founder member/Vice President of the Association of Motor Offence Lawyers.

For the past 25 years I have specialised exclusively in representing private motorists, professional drivers and haulage companies when they face prosecution - that’s all I do!
